Chris Addison summarised the 10 most important things as: Wikis, Blogs, Tags, Feeds, Mashups, People, Access, Participation, Impact and Content.
My colleague Boris noticed that although the talk was about free tagging, the most echoed request in the room was: "Please tag with web2fordev!!". Now that surely does not sound like free-tagging but more like controlled vocabulary!
